 BMW features a 2.5 axis dual head machine with up to 6” thick cutting capacity.  Our water jet allows us to hold tolerances + or - .010”, dependent  upon material thicknesses.  Unlike laser and plasma cutters, we can cut a wide range of materials because there are no heat affected zones.  Examples of this are:

We also offer etching of pictures, lettering, and numbers on many materials and full cut throughs on all materials.  This feature is great for inlaying of parts, name plating, and many other applications.

We use the finest CAD\CAM software to ensure that your part is cut as quickly and accurately as possible.  Our software also allows us to customize your part to meet any special requirements that you may have, such as rough cutting for machined finished parts.  As you can see, our machine’s versatility is great for many uses, and because there is no hi-tech gadgetry involved with water jets, our production costs are usually much lower than other profiling systems.
